This Privacy Policy explains how EVO Fit, a Nomadix Fitness app operated by EVO Fitness LLC, collects, uses, stores, and deletes information when you use the app.

Information We Collect

We collect the information you choose to provide when you use EVO Fit, including:

- Email address
- Display name
- Unit preferences
- Height and target weight
- Calorie calculator inputs and logs, including age, sex, height, current weight, target weight, calorie targets, activity level, goal settings, daily calorie logs, and weight logs
- Workout history
- Measurements
- Custom exercises
- Custom routines
- Custom programs
- Related training notes and saved choices

Calorie calculator data is stored locally in the app database on your device.

We also collect limited technical and account information needed to operate the app, such as authentication session data, device-level push token data if notifications are enabled, and limited app interaction data needed to keep the product working.

How We Use Information

We use your information to:

- Create and secure your account
- Sync your training data
- Personalize your experience
- Power progress tracking
- Calculate calorie targets when you use that tool
- Provide support
- Troubleshoot issues
- Improve EVO Fit

We do not sell your personal information.

How Information Is Shared

We share information only as needed to run EVO Fit, such as with infrastructure and service providers that host authentication, database, notification, analytics, or support systems on our behalf.

We may also disclose information when required to comply with law, enforce our terms, protect users, or respond to valid legal requests.

Data Retention

We keep your account data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your live profile, workouts, measurements, and custom training content from our live Supabase project immediately after confirmation. The app also clears local calorie calculator data stored on that device during in-app account deletion. Short-lived infrastructure backups may persist for a limited period before aging out in normal backup cycles.

Account Deletion

You can initiate account deletion from the Profile tab inside the app.

When deletion is confirmed, we remove your live app data tied to your account from our Supabase project, including your profile, measurements, workout history, active-program state, and custom exercises, routines, and programs. We also clear local calorie calculator data on that device during the in-app deletion flow.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect account data, but no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children

EVO Fit is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so we can review and remove it.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the in-app policy text, the effective date, or both.
